and

You, as an individual or the organisation on whose behalf you are acting (‘The Licensee’)

Licensee agrees:

  1. FEE: Licensee will not pay the Licensor any fee (though you may donate services in kind to support us).

  2. GOOD FAITH: The data Licensee provides in perpetuity to the Licensor will be honest and accurate.

  3. LIABILITY: Licensee is responsible for any carbon report it submits to regulatory authorities.

Licensor agrees:

A. SERVICES: Licensor will provide carbon footprint measuring services as specified on our website when delivered.

B. DATA PROTECTION: Licensor will only collect data pertaining to carbon reporting

C. MONETISATION: Licensor will never sell any of your data.

D. CONFIDENTIALITY: Licensor will only disclose information it labels ​‘commercially sensitive’ to a regulatory auditor with Licensee’s permission.

E. TRANSPARENCY: Licensor will make all other Licensee data available via Licensor’s public database.
